My experience in ward was very good the nurse were very compassionate, helpful and supportive during my short stay. They communicated calmly and listen/answering queries - treated me in dignified.
Suggested improvements
Nothing in terms of patient experience continue with your service.
- The nurses/doctors needs more pay rise, as they do a fantastic job.

Everything! Have doctors twice a day not once. To listen and help patients not be dismissive.
The ward nurses and training nurse are brilliant but has no say or power to actually help.

I had a scan on 15th July and 22nd July MMC was confirmed. I opted for 5mm, this was booked for 28 July, however on the day I was talked out of 5mm this should have been renewed support. When I asked why I was not informed personally the response was it depends who you are seen by.
Suggested improvements
Better renew of records upfront before admission for surgery. A worth of resource and time.
